Weddle served as Construction Manager at Risk for the Middle Way House historic Renovation and Housing project. The historic renovation of the former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant in Bloomington was one phase of this approximately 30,000 square foot project. This phase served as office and commercial space for Middle Way House. The other phase was approximately 20 housing units for women who were in a transitional phase of their lives.
