Steel Dynamics, Inc. recently launched an 800,000 SF steel finishing mill in Indiana, specializing in light-gauge galvanized flat-rolled steel. Weddle was contracted to oversee and execute the construction of the building foundations, structural columns—designed to serve as railways for overhead cranes—equipment foundations, and the floor slab surrounding the mill.
