Smallwood Plaza was a private student housing project which was a new 400,000 square foot apartment building in Bloomington totaling over 700 beds. Weddle served as the General Contractor on this project. This 28 month project, is a great example of Weddle's pre-construction capabilities, as the team provided accurate cost estimates and options throughout the design phase. This project was delivered on-time to allow for the critical August student move in date.
