The Graduate Hotel sits in the heart of Kirkwood Avenue in Downtown Bloomington. Weddle served as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project with AJ Capital Partners and Ratio Architects. The project included the demolition and site improvements to the existing site along with a new six story hotel that features a second story parking garage, rooftop decks, meeting and conference rooms, and first floor retail space.
