This project updated the mechanical, electrical, and plumping systems with newer energy efficient systems, made improvements to the building envelope, and made accessibility upgrades. Classrooms were also refurbished as part of this project. This project was increased in its complexity by the fact that the Owner maintained occupancy in approximately half the building throughout construction. Weddle had to be very conscious of the safety, security, and comfort of the occupants throughout.
