The Dunlap Building provides new space for the IU School of Medicine. The 29,000 sq ft renovation creates examination rooms, procedure rooms, clinical areas, offices, and administrative workstations. A part of Weddle’s scope of work included reworking of interior structural steel for future elevator shaft as well as demo an existing elevator that accessed 5 stories. An interior structural steel folding partition was installed as a classroom divider.
