Luddy Center for Artificial Intelligence building included a four level, 370 space, post-tensioned concrete garage with an architectural pre-cast concrete exterior skin. Weddle self-performed the concrete, civil work, and carpentry for the job. Within the garage space is a small shipping and receiving area for the building. This project also included the construction of a three-story office structure attached to the garage, the approximately 58,000 square feet of office space was a combination of “open” office space and private offices.
